We are lucky to have a wonderful kitchen team here at St Lawrence. All our food is cooked fresh every day with a three-week cycle of menus. All dietary requirements can be catered for, not just vegetarian but gluten-free, celiac and so on; just let the kitchen know and they’ll ensure your child gets the right food for them.
Our menus are managed by CMC, a specialist school catering service whose job is not only to provide varied and interesting recipes but also to ensure all current legislative requirements and good practice guidelines are met; this means you can be sure that whatever their choice your child is getting a healthy, balanced meal that is also tasty and nutritious.
If your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 they are entitled to a free meal under the Infant Free Meals Initiative. Otherwise, for children in Pre-School and Years 3 – 6, the charge is £ £2.53 per day. Please note that meals are payable in advance via ParentPay. You must have sufficient credit in your account to pay for your child’s meal.
